Amy and Chris are such troopers! Their wedding reception was to take place outdoors at a private residence in Alexandria. Due to the nasty two week straight rain we had, the lovley green grass they were to party on had turned into a nasty swamp. They made the decision…the day before their wedding… to use their churches’ hall instead. Did I detect one ounce of dissapoint or stress from either of them? Not one bit!

Amy is so upbeat and charismatic. Chris is so patient and kind. They are perfect for one another!

My dear friends Kristen and Morgan welcomed their first child, Nathan Thomas into this world April 17th . He is the sweestest little thing ever…so adorable. He wrinkles his forehead, gets the hiccups and has beautiful blue eyes.

i love these two, he looks so peaceful!

Amy and Ryan were married April 18th at Holy Trinity Church in Georgetown. Jamie with Simply Chic Events (whom I just adore!), was behind this beautiful and charming wedding. I was really looking forward to this wedding since I just loved Amy when we met. I hadn’t met Ryan yet so I was super excited to meet him as well! I’m a bit behind in getting this blog post up so I’m just going to get on to the pics!

This was my first time working with the florist Philippa Tarrant, they were amazing!!!
